Run Mindful

Trail Travel develops activities in nature, exploring spots, in a way that leaves you a lot of time to tune in with the running and with life, at a leisurely, relaxed, social and injury-free pace. We offer you the opportunity to spend a different day in the company of our guest a professional runner, who create life-changin experiences.

Your training should be easy, fun and fit perfectly with your life. To achieve healthy functioning you need to tune in to what your body needs.

The physical, the mental and the emotional, these 3 aspects are in every moment of the practice Run Mindful. Many times we focus solely and exclusively on training the body to be able to run faster. However, sometimes we forget that we also have to train our mind.

We will explore paths in an environment that favors positive results, all fostering values ​​of tolerance, solidarity, participation, ...
