Data eSIM

• Receive eSIM QR Code within minutes.

• Simply scan the designated QR Code to set up the eSIM.

• Validity Date: eSIM plan starts upon installation.

• Plan Type: Mobile Data only. Voice and SMS not supported.

• Mobile Hotspot: Supported.

• Billing: One-time prepaid package with no auto-renewals or contracts.

• Compatibility: Works with eSIM-compatible devices that are not carrier locked. Please be aware that most devices bought in China and Hong Kong do not support eSIM. It's advisable to check online to see if your device is eSIM-compatible, or contact your service provider.

• No refunds or cancellations are given due to eSIM compatibility issues or changes in the itinerary.

• Expiration: Start using the eSIM within one-month of purchase.

• *Connections to major local mobile network at 4G LTE or 5G speeds, depending on availability.

Installation Guide iOS
1. Go to "Settings" > "Cellular/Mobile Data" > "Add Data Plan" > Install eSIM
2. Scan QR code or tap "Enter Details Manually"
3. Custom Label your eSIM (to Identify your eSIM)
4. Set "Default line" as 'Primary' to receive call / SMS and "Mobile Data" to use installed eSIM
5. Update Access Point Names (APN), if needed (refer information above)
6. Installation is completed!

To use eSIM after installation/upon landing:
- Go to "Settings" > "Cellular/Mobile Data" > Turn on your eSIM > Back to "Cellular/Mobile Data" to refresh
(Important)
- "Cellular/Mobile Data" > Select your eSIM > Turn on Data Roaming > Back to "Cellular/Mobile Data" to
refresh
- "Cellular/Mobile Data" > In Mobile Data > Select eSIM
- Turn off 'Allow Mobile Data switching' and disable 'Main Mobile Line Data Roaming' to avoid roaming
charges on primary line

If data speed is slow:
- Go to "Settings" > "Cellular/Mobile Data" > Your eSIM > Voice & Data > Select 4G/LTE
Android / Pixel
1. Go to "Settings" > "Network/Connections" > "SIM manager"
2. Tap "+ Add eSIM" > Scan Carrier QR code / Retrieve QR from file / Enter activation code"
3. Custom Label your eSIM (to Identify your eSIM)
4. Installation is completed!

To use eSIM after installation/upon landing:
- Go to " Settings" > "Network/Connections" > "SIM Manager" > Enable eSIM > Scroll bottom > "Mobile
Data" > select eSIM
- "Network/Connections" > "Mobile network" > Enable "Data roaming"
- "Network/Connections" > "Mobile network" > Access Point Names > select/input APN (provided in PDF)
as Name and APN

Usage Check
o Go to Input eSIM ID (FTxxxxxxxx) to search.

Important Notes:
- Data validity starts immediately when eSIM QR is scanned / installed.
- You may install eSIM before traveling(before your flight) or, at destination when you need it. Stable
internet is required for successful installation / activation (preferably WiFi – avoid airport WiFi as they
may block eSIM installations).
- *Fair Usage Policy (FUP) - Unlimited plan data speed will be reduced up to 128kbps once high speed
data is used up.
- You can have different eSIM plans installed in your device.
- Save data by disabling "autoplay", "auto upload/sync" and enable "Use less data" functions on social
media and cloud storage.
